  • In-person therapy – Available in Fort Pierce, Florida
Online therapy – Available anywhere in Florida (HIPAA-compliant & secure)

Online therapy is a great option if you want more flexibility, no commute, and a comfortable space to open up (even if it’s from your own couch!).

*Please note that my license is currently limited to practicing in Florida, meaning I am only able to provide services to individuals residing in state.

Therapy is personalized to you and private pay provides increased flexibility.

  • I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged a late-cancel session fee.

I get it—life happens! Keeping a consistent schedule helps you get the most out of therapy.

  • Just show up as you are! You don’t need to have everything planned out. Therapy is a space to process, reflect, and grow at your own pace.

    If you’d like, you can:
✔️ Jot down what’s been on your mind
✔️ Think about what you’d like to get out of therapy
✔️ Bring any questions or concerns

But there’s no pressure to be “prepared”—I’ll guide you through it!

  • Absolutely. If you struggle with:
🚩 Always putting others first and feeling drained
🚩 Saying “yes” when you want to say “no”
🚩 Feeling like you’re never “good enough”

    Therapy can help you:
✔️ Set healthy boundaries without guilt
    ✔️ Build confidence and self-trust
✔️ Learn to put your needs first without feeling selfish

We’ll work together to help you feel stronger, more empowered, and free to be yourself.

  • Setting boundaries and prioritizing self-care aren’t selfish—they’re essential. Therapy helps you:
✔️ Recognize where you’re overextending yourself
✔️ Learn how to say “no” with confidence
✔️ Create a life that supports your mental and emotional health

If you feel burned out or stretched too thin, therapy can help you reclaim your time, energy, and peace.
